Cancelation Policy:

• Cancellations made by Yalla Spanish Academy:

  Yalla Spanish Academy reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet the required number of students of the group classes at any time up to 48 hours before the course begins.

  In the event of cancellation or change of enrolment resulting in fees being held by the academy (full or partial), Yalla Spanish Academy will offer the option of a course fee refund or holding the fee in credit.

• Cancellations made by students:

  In case of a cancellation request, tuition fees will only be refundable 100% if requested by email at least 1 Week before the start of the first class of the course. If the student fails to meet this requirement, the fee will not be refunded. This also applies if the course has already started.

• Requests can be made via email or Admin WhatsApp. Cancellation requests over the phone or the post will not be accepted.

• Individual Courses: Class Package Policy

• The package of 10 classes is designed to be completed over a duration of 10 weeks. In the event of an emergency that necessitates the postponement of a class, students are required to inform the academy with a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance - maximum twice during the whole course duration.

• Changes to the scheduled class times agreed upon by the student prior to the start of the educational course are not permitted without consulting the academy. Students must verify the availability of alternative times within the academy's schedule before making any adjustments. The academy reserves the right to accept or decline requests for changes based on the availability of slots in the timetable.
  

• Please note that any classes missed without prior notification will be considered utilized and will be charged against the package.

• Group Courses Policy:

• In the event of an absence from a scheduled group class, the class will be counted as attended and will not be rescheduled. However, we will provide all relevant PDFs and study materials in the group chat, ensuring you have access to the necessary informationز

• We encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have, and we will be happy to address them during subsequent classes.
